UK DELIVERIES 

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

We will not be guaranteeing any delivery dates this festive season. We recommend getting all mainland UK Christmas orders in before December 16th, 2021, to allow time for a busy festive season. Please expect and account for delays in the postal service and avoid disappointment by ordering early. We are not responsible for any service and delivery delays our couriers may experience. 

 

STANDARD SHIPPING

All orders within the United Kingdom have a £3.95 standard shipping fee. You can upgrade this to the Royal Mail Special Delivery for £8.95. This service has full tracking and requires a signature on delivery. Please note this next day service still uses the same processing/dispatch time. 
Once your order has been placed it will be processed within 5 working days. Once ready to be shipped you will receive an email with a dispatch notice. Standard delivery orders are shipped as a second class parcel via Royal Mail. These will then be delivered within 3 working days. In the event your parcel is still not with you after a week, we advise you to contact The Handmade Elephant to assist in locating your parcel.


The delivery time frame is dependent on the delivery service of Royal Mail. Please check Royal Mail's website directly for any delays or breaks in service. 

We are not responsible for any delays in the Royal Mail service. 

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK

All orders delivered to an address outside of the United Kingdom have a delivery charge of £18 per order. Once your order has been placed it will be processed within 5 working days. Once ready to be shipped you will receive an email with a dispatch notice and delivery information. Where available orders are shipped as a second class parcel, tracked and signed via Royal Mail. For destinations that allow parcels to be tracked please use the tracking number on the Royal Mail's website to check the expected delivery date. https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/
These can take up to 14 days to deliver. In the event your parcel is still not with you after a week after the expected delivery, we advise you contact The Handmade Elephant to assist in locating your parcel.

RETURNS

Should you find your order is not what you expect and wish to return it please get in contact with us within 7 days. We will try our best to resolve any issues you may have. If we can not, we will ask you to package the item/s carefully and return to:

It is you the customers responsibility to ensure that the item/s are returned to store as sold, with all labels still attached and in a sellable condition. Location and state of returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they have been recieved by us.
Please note sale items are non-refundable. If we receive an item that is no longer fit for sale we will be unable to issue a refund for it.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Mystery goodie bags must be returned with all items in their original condition fit for resale. Custom or made to order items and personalised products are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any errors you have made whilst placing an order. Please review all orders before checking out to prevent this.
