Refund policy

Should you find your order is not what you expect and wish to return it please get in contact with us within 7 days. We will try our best to resolve any issues you may have. If we can not, we will ask you to package the item/s carefully and return to:

It is you the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item/s are returned to the store as sold, with all labels still attached and in a sellable condition. If we receive an item that is no longer fit for sale we will be unable to issue a refund for it. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalised items and cut fabric and wool are non-refundable. Downloads are non-refunable.
